Shipping policy
The courier companies with which FAKO BRANDS SRL has a collaboration contract are the following:
Standard delivery within Romania: Sameday, GLS – 1 BUSINESS DAY
Standard international delivery: GLS – 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS
Express international delivery: DHL – 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS
Delivery of digital products
Digital products recorded and uploaded on the website in the form of video materials are available to the buyer immediately after payment confirmation.
Digital products in the form of live-streaming video materials are available to the buyer on the date announced for the live stream.
In case of force majeure events, FAKO BRANDS SRL reserves the right to postpone the live stream to a later date, in which case the buyer will retain the right of access on the new date announced on the website.
Delivery of physical products
Physical products are shipped within 24 hours from the time of purchase, except for products whose delivery is explicitly stated as later in their description.
Actual delivery, carried out by a third-party courier company, usually takes place within 24 hours for domestic deliveries within Romania. For international deliveries, the standard transit time is 5–7 business days, except for express deliveries which have a 24-hour transit period.
FAKO BRANDS SRL is not responsible for delays that may occur after handing the parcel over to the courier company. However, we commit to keeping the buyer informed about such delays and will provide the AWB tracking number, allowing the buyer to track their shipment in real time on the courier’s website.
