Refund policy

Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
We put care into offering quality products and we truly believe you’ll enjoy them. But if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, don’t worry – we’re here to support you.

You are entitled by law to return a product within 14 calendar days from the day you receive it. All you need to do is contact us in writing to let us know about your intention to return, and we’ll guide you step by step through the return process.

To qualify for a return, the product should be in new condition, sealed if applicable, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all original accessories and documents. Once we receive and check the returned product, we’ll process your refund within 14 calendar days.

Please note that the return shipping costs are your responsibility. If the returned item shows signs of wear or damage, we may not be able to accept the return and will send the product back to you.
